Personal:

I have been married since 2004; we have been blessed with two GREAT children (Dax and Zurie). I enjoy watching and coaching my children in baseball, soccer, basketball, volleyball, hunting, stock shows, and fishing. As most of you know I’m a very active parent in this community. I believe that keeping our children involved in extracurricular activities is vital for their education as well. These programs teach responsibility and collaboration which is important on and off the field, court, and in the classroom.

Principal’s Message:

Your personal leadership philosophy is like a road map.  It will define what you expect, what you value, and how you act.  Your leadership philosophy will let others know what to expect from you as their leader. I believe leaders are people who know how to achieve goals and inspire others along the way.  My philosophy of leadership is collaborating within a group. In utilizing each other’s strengths I believe you off set individual weakness. As a leader I am hands’ on and have an open door policy. I work hard to ensure that students come first and that as a district and community we are making student centered decisionsThe doors to my office are always open to students, teachers, parents and community members
